The Accident Guys are an established and growing personal injury law firm representing clients across California.
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support our Litigation and/or Pre-Litigation teams. This role works closely with attorneys, the Head Paralegal, and Case Managers on a task-based assignment structure. The position offers exposure to both litigation and case management functions, with the opportunity to grow into more specialized roles based on performance and firm needs.
This is not a remote position. The role is on-site, Monday through Friday, in our Mid-Wilshire office.

Responsibilities
- Provide task-based legal and administrative support under the direction of the head paralegal and supervising attorneys
- Assist with case management functions in both Pre-Litigation and Litigation departments
- Organize and maintain case files, records, and documentation
- Assist with drafting and organizing legal documents and correspondence
- Gather and organize information from clients, medical providers, attorneys, and other third parties
- Support and prepare document organization as directed
- Assist attorneys and team members with settlement-related tasks
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to support case progression
- Perform general administrative and project-based tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior legal experience required
- Personal injury experience preferred, but not required
- Office or administrative experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively and taking direction
- Demonstrated interest in growth within a legal environment
