Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Associate with foundational IT knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills. The role requires the ability to understand technical issues and provide first-level resolutions while maintaining strong customer service standards.
Technical Responsibilities (Priority):
Assist users with application access, password resets, and software installation guidance.
Handle user queries via phone, chat, or email in a call-center environment.
Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to non-technical users.
Meet SLA targets for response, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
6 months – 1 year experience in technical support or customer service with technical exposure.
Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, hardware components, and common applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot logically.
Willingness to learn and grow in IT support.
