Responsibilities
- Safely load and vehicles into the service bay quickly, safely, and with a smile
- Work smoothly with our sales and detailing teams
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation
- Answer guest questions and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about vehicle status and service procedures
- Follow all tunnel safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required; a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles safely around the facility
