The Lead GSRP Teacher leads a single classroom focused on delivering a flexible, play-based curriculum that emphasizes social-emotional development within the formal GSRP early childhood education framework. This role involves overseeing lesson planning, student assessment, and maintaining strong communication with parents to support child growth and learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a single classroom environment
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on a flexible, play-based curriculum
- Assess student progress regularly to guide instruction
- Conduct regular progress meetings and communicate effectively with parents
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
