This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving equipment problems, improving production reliability, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining packaging equipment, processing equipment, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and automated manufacturing equipment.

This role is well-suited for a technician who can work independently, support production uptime, lead small improvement projects, and help mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging, processing, and production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues.
• Work with power transmission systems, belts, chains, cams, bearings, gearboxes, motors, rotating machinery, and mechanical assemblies.
• Support electrical troubleshooting involving wiring, panels, motors, control circuits, sensors, PLCs, robotics, and automated control systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Follow all food safety, workplace safety, GMP, and company maintenance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic and a Manufacturing Technician
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting packaging and processing equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in belts, chains, bearings, cams, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and mechanical assemblies
• Electrical troubleshooting experience, including motors, wiring, panels, sensors, control circuits, and high-voltage systems
• Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, automation, and automated control systems is strongly preferred
