TMPC is seeking a Contract Project Manager to join our growing team of diverse professionals.
As a Contract Project Manager, duties include but are not limited to being responsiblefor coordinating all aspects of contract management.
Responsibilities:
- The Contract Project Manager (COPM) is required to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall contract performance. The COPM is responsible for thequality and efficiency of the
contract, to include both technical issues and businesses processes. It is required that the COPM has the authority
to make decisions for the contractors organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, the authority to commit the prime contractors organization, and be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues. The COPM is expected to be an on-site FTE in the performance of the contract.
Basic Qualifications:
- The COPM is required to have the following qualifications:
- Possess a minimum active Top Secret (TS) security clearance at proposal submission and be TS/Secret Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligible after contract award.It is desired that the COPM has the following qualifications:
- Experience with DoD networks including TS/SCI and presenting recommendations and findings to senior Government officials.
- Demonstrated project management experience, particularly inIT and network managementExperience planning, directing,
coordinating, and managing the contractors proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in size, scope, and complexity to this contract.
