Jim Coleman Honda is hiring an Express Service Advisor!

What You'll Do
As an Express Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our Express Service Department. You'll greet customers, guide them through their maintenance visit, and help ensure every vehicle moves efficiently through the service process.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Write repair orders for Express Services, including:
- Oil changes
- Tire rotations
- Multi-point inspections
- Battery services
- Air filter and cabin filter replacement
- Wiper blade replacement
- Other routine maintenance services
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and manufacturer service intervals.
- Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
- Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete.
- Assist with vehicle delivery and answer customer questions.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every visit.
