We are seeking a Trial Tech (Hot Seat): Full Time
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of law firm experience working as a paralegal, hot seat tech, litigation support tech, or similar experience. Other tech proficient candidates will also be considered. Training is available.
- The candidate must be willing and available to travel. Weekend and overtime work is required as needed. Salary is commensurate with skill set and experience. Company offered benefits and 401k.
Preferred skills include:
- Presentation of multimedia assets using trial presentation software.
- Evaluate presentation equipment requirements for the courtroom.
- Manage advanced courtroom tech setup for in-person and remote trials, arbitrations and hearings. Troubleshoot any courtroom tech issues during trial.
- Edit audio/video deposition testimony and create deposition and objection reports.
- Provide tech and logistics support including set up the trial team’s war room with computers, printers, and monitors.
- Perform additional logistical support duties as required on a case-by-case basis.
- Preferably in DFW but not necessary
