What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver at The INN, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with special needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients in our Day-Treatment Program with activities designed to foster personal growth and development.
- Encouraging and supporting clients as they engage in a variety of enriching activities tailored to their unique abilities and interests.
- Help provide clients with hygiene needs, toileting and tube feeding as needed.
- Providing Supported Living services during afternoon & evening shifts, helping clients navigate and participate in their community.
- Building meaningful relationships and creating a positive, nurturing environment for clients.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
- A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
