HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician (Lead & Apprentice Roles) Location: Hillsboro / Portland Metro Area Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

Lead Technician: $30/hr + daily performance bonuses
Apprentice/Helper: $23/hr + daily performance bonuses
Performance Pay: Earn extra daily based on production and upsells. Top performers can earn $60K$75K+ annually

JOB DUTIES:

Clean residential HVAC duct systems using professional equipment.
Set up negative air machines, air whips, and vac systems.
Work as a 2-man crew to complete 23 jobs per day.
Maintain a clean, professional job site.
Provide over-the-top customer service by explaining services and identifying add-on opportunities (Lead role).
Follow all safety protocols and training per company policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Lead Technician (1 Position):

HVAC, duct cleaning, or similar field experience required.
Comfortable leading a job, running the crew, and interacting directly with customers.
Ability to upsell add-on services (we will train you on our specific offerings).
Strong work ethic and efficiency.

Apprentice / Helper (1 Position):

Mechanically inclined.
Reliable, shows up on time, and has a positive attitude.
Willing to learn, take direction, and assist the Lead Technician.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & LICENSING:

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Must be able to be on your feet/knees for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.
Comfortable working in residential homes and occasionally outdoors in the elements.
Clean, professional appearance and good communication skills.
