Job Overview:
Client is seeking a Licensed Architect to lead technical delivery and coordination across multiple project types. This is an in-office opportunity offering autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to mentor junior staff while contributing to high-quality architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead entitlement, design development, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate consultants and oversee technical integration.
- Manage construction administration and quality control.
- Mentor Job Captains and junior designers.
- Participate in client and agency meetings.
- Lead technical delivery across multiple project types.
- Required Qualifications:
- Active architectural license.
- 5+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Advanced proficiency in
- Revit .
- Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction delivery.
- Strong communication skills and confidence as a technical leader.
- Ability to work
- in-office in Honolulu .

- currently licensed Architects with strong Revit skills and solid technical/project delivery experience . Leadership, consultant coordination, construction administration, and mentoring experience are important.
