BG Staffing is seeking a personable and professional Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Charlotte, NC (28205). This part‑time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast‑paced leasing environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospects, provide tours, and highlight community features
- Process leasing applications, renewals, and move‑ins
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong communication
- Assist with marketing efforts and resident events
- Support daily office operations and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Professional, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment
