Job DescriptionIT and Accounting Support Position (Bilingual)
Responsibilities

Maintain and support IT and telecom infrastructure across 16 store locations.

Provide technical support for point-of-sale (POS) systems including Toast and 7 Shift.

Serve as the primary contact for home office servers, network, and telecommunications systems.

Import sales data from POS database into Sage Accounting.

Generate weekly sales reports from POS data.

Collaborate with the Controller to reconcile recorded sales and bank deposits.

Work with the Director of Operations to address operational issues caused by technology failures.

Maintain and update inventory pricing.

Troubleshoot and repair PCs, POS systems, and drive-through intercom systems.

Travel to store locations as needed to resolve technical issues.

Prioritize store functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Assist store managers in resolving POS issues, including contacting Toast support when necessary.

Provide communication and training to managers on scheduling, overtime control, and catering via 7 Shift and Toast Easy Cater.

Manage ADT access and camera systems.

Oversee and update online business platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Skills & Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and accounting support roles.

Strong experience with servers and network infrastructure.

Proficiency in Sage Accounting and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Visual Basic).

Familiarity with data transfer between applications; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
