We’re looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with precision and care. You’ll handle engines, brakes, electrical systems, and routine service—keeping cars safe and reliable. Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, brake jobs, and tune-ups
- Day-to-day operation of the shop, supplies, and care of the equipment
- Estimate and sell repairs for the vehicle
- Diagnose and repair both foreign and domestic cars and light trucks
- Test drive vehicles and verify repairs meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an auto technician is required
- Certified to perform emissions testing (State of NM)
- ASE certification is a plus!!
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in a repair shop environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge
