Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Salesforce Site Reliability Engineer opening for our client in Philadelphia, PA.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
-
Perform all activities required by the Site Reliability Engineer role for the Salesforce Platform, with deep knowledge of Salesforce platform features and configurations.

Support all platform-related issues, coordinating with Salesforce (product vendor) and other partners to ensure timely resolution.

Monitor, analyze, and ensure complete understanding of upgrades and patches expected on the Salesforce platform and other partner products, performing proactive impact analysis.

Guide the client development team on upgrade impacts, ensuring timely updates to applications.

Identify process improvements, asset ideas, and support solutions to enhance productivity.

Analyze the client’s IT environment to achieve better efficiency using DevOps methodology and Salesforce platform tools.

Drive ongoing improvements to Quality Assurance practices, test scenarios, and test cases for Salesforce applications.

Leverage Salesforce test automation tools to continuously improve testing efficiency.

Enhance Salesforce-DevOps tooling infrastructure and processes on an ongoing basis.
Skills:
-
Strong proficiency in Salesforce development and administration, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience with AppExchange tools and third-party integrations.

Expertise in Salesforce data migration, cleansing, and security best practices.

Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation for Salesforce.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience:
-
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Site Reliability Engineering, platform support, and DevOps practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve Salesforce platform issues, upgrades, and patches.

Proven track record of process improvements and automation within Salesforce environments.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
