Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound, Outbound and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • The role involves engaging customers, managing leads, and providing exceptional service
  • Scheduling customers for vehicle repairs, maintenance and vehicle sales appointments
  • Coordinating with the repair team to ensure timely completion of work

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and computer systems
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
