This role works closely with top-tier attorneys on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters for high-net-worth clients, including preparation and review of complex trusts, estate planning documents, and related filings. Requirements
The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Trusts & Estates Paralegal within a law firm environment and is highly skilled in drafting and managing estate planning and probate documents. Experience with gift tax returns and related filings is strongly preferred. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple matters in a fast-paced, high-caliber practice. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while supporting a demanding team are essential.
