Front Desk Receptionist
Full-Time | Onsite | $20–$24/hr. (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
LHH is working with a growing law firm is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join the team immediately. This position is open due to an internal promotion, and the firm is open to both direct hire and temp-to-hire candidates. The receptionist plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and highly professional experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors and serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk

Answer and route incoming calls

Manage mail, deliveries, and inbound court emails

Assist with administrative intake tasks (fully supported by intake staff)

Prepare, set up, and break down meeting spaces

Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
-
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, and auditing court filings

Support overall office operations as needed
Required Skills & Experience
-
Prior law firm experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with legal terminology and attorney work styles is highly beneficial

Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and client-service skills

Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and front-facing professionalism
Compensation
-
Pay: $20–$24/hr (DOE)

Bonus: Eligible for discretionary bonuses
