The successful candidate must demonstrate expert-level expertise in analyzing raw data and translating it into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency via Lean Practices and have 5 years of experience.
We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team as an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. The candidate must have expert-level knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel or a comparable tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operational activities
- Analyze data and create reports using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, etc.)
- Support scheduling, inventory tracking, and workflow optimization
- Identify process improvements and help implement operational solutions
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
