**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the daily operations and team members during a specified shift. The Shift Lead will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and assisting with operational tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and experience with POS systems
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate team members during designated shifts
- Provide training to new team members and ongoing coaching to existing staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained
- Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with management to make decisions regarding operational activities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team goals and objectives
