Production Configuration Specialist

Location: On-site | Henderson, CO
Pay: $27–$29 per hour
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (flexible after training) Days: Monday through Friday

Lakeshore Talent is looking for an Production Configuration Specialist to join our client’s Production Control team in Henderson, CO and play a critical role in bridging customer requirements with manufacturing execution.

In this role, you’ll translate sales orders, designs and customer specifications into accurate, build-ready production files, helping drive on-time delivery, production efficiency, and high-quality outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure every order is configured correctly and ready for the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Review and validate sales orders for accuracy, compatibility, and manufacturability.
• Configure complex product orders researching designs to see what they have and what they don’t and get ready to send to production.
• Maintain and improve configuration tools, planning systems, and production files.
• Support design clarification and special-build requirements.
• Communicate critical order details to cross-functional teams to prevent rework and delays.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Agriculture/farming experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD documentation.
• G-code programming experience from CAD designs (preferred).
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Natural curiosity of design.
• Enjoys learning complex product systems.
• Flexible, can-do personality.
