Part-Time Shopkeeper + Online Shop Assistant
Nettle Wellness Shop
Friday–Sunday | 10am–5pm
We’re looking for a thoughtful, organized, design-minded person to join us at the Nettle Wellness Shop.
This role is part retail, part creative operations. You’ll be the face of the shop on weekends while also helping us build and expand the online version of our store.
Hours:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday
10am–5pm
In-shop responsibilities:
- Open and close the store
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and ease
- Maintain beautiful displays and restock inventory
- Process sales (Shopify POS)
- Keep the space clean, calm, and inviting
- Help with occasional events or community gatherings
Online shop responsibilities:
- Upload and organize products on our website
- Write or edit product descriptions
- Photograph simple product shots (iPhone is fine)
- Help maintain inventory accuracy between in-store + online
- Think creatively about how our physical shop translates digitally
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves small retail and thoughtful goods
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable with Shopify (or willing to learn quickly)
- Has a strong aesthetic eye
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Is kind, grounded, and good with people
Interest in women’s health, midwifery, wellness, or small creative brands is a plus.
This is a great role for someone who loves retail but also wants hands-on experience building an e-commerce platform from the ground up.
