Apartment Make Ready Technician – Bee Cave, TX
We’re hiring an experienced Apartment Make Ready Technician in Bee Cave, Texas! This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and has strong skills in apartment turns and general maintenance.
Responsibilities:

Complete all aspects of apartment turns, including cleaning, repairs, and detail work
-
Perform in-house painting (including spray painting)
-
Handle in-house flooring installation (plank flooring)
-
General make ready tasks: patching, caulking, fixture replacement, and other repairs
-
Ensure all units are move-in ready in a timely manner
-
Assist maintenance team as needed with work orders
Requirements:
-
Previous make ready/apartment turn experience required
-
Must have experience with spray painting and plank flooring installation
-
Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
