Minimum Requirements:

- Must have State License to Apply
- 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
- Colorado Pharmacist License
- BLS (AHA)
- Experience with sterile compounding and hospital pharmacy operations

Assignment Details:
\n
- \n
- Variable 10-hour shifts between 0600 and 2200
- Every other weekend required
- On-call required one night per week
- Coverage across all hospital service areas including ER, ICU, inpatient, imaging, cath, and hospice
