About the Role
Our Client, a Tier 2 supplier for HMMA located in Alabama, is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist (Inventory Controller) in Luverne, AL. This is a full-time role responsible for inventory control and quality control (QC) within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee organization and management of inventory processes
- Inspect levels of supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Place orders to maintain appropriate stock levels and avoid shortages or excess surplus
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Determine required resources, including workforce and raw materials
- Approve maintenance work and equipment purchases
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Report stock levels, issues, and recommendations to upper management
- Opportunity to grow into a management role
Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Previous experience in manufacturing (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be located in or able to relocate to Luverne, AL 36049 before starting work (Required)
