This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant role located in Bradenton, FL. We are looking for someone who is efficient, dependable, self-directed and organized; has excellent communication skills and time management skills; and has the capability to handle high volumes of work.
The Legal Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting administrative tasks, and supporting attorneys in day-to-day operations. Key duties include managing communications, coordinating case files, and ensuring compliance with legal protocols and deadlines. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals
Experience in administrative assistance, including organizational and filing skills
Prior experience or training in legal assistant roles
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong time management skills
Proficiency in office software and legal management tools
A professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong administrative background
Bilingual (Spanish and/or Haitian Creole Required)
