Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Project Architect to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
 
Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>Plans, organizes, and manages the work of the project team.</li>
<li>Maintains a collaborative working relationship with consultants and ensures the staff is properly mentored.</li>
<li>Tracks project budgets, fees, and scheduling.</li>
<li>Maintenance of an efficient and positive work environment.</li>
<li>Ensuring the firms procedures are followed.</li>
<li>Refining of firm procedures.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s, or master’s in architecture.</li>
<li>7 years of experience in architectural design, including 3 years of project management.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of design, trends, and construction methodology.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Revit and Photoshop are a must.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of construction documents.</li>
