We're currently seeking a highly motivated Technician Manager to oversee and support our team of installation technicians.

Job Summary

The Technician Manager will lead a team of field technicians who install and service ADT alarm systems. This role is hands-on and requires someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and support a team of alarm system technicians
Coordinate daily schedules, job assignments, and dispatch operations
Perform quality control checks and site visits to ensure work meets DPS and ADT standards
Provide on-site and remote technical support to field staff
Track and manage inventory, tools, and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and licensing requirements
Communicate regularly with upper management regarding team performance and needs

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in alarm system or low-voltage system installation
1+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or technician manager role
Working knowledge of ADT or similar alarm systems is strongly preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Ability to pass a background check
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
