Their litigators collaborate across multiple disciplines to advise on pivotal legal and industry matters. Their pretrial, discovery, trial, and appellate work is unified by a commitment to achieving efficient, favorable outcomes through a highly coordinated, teamoriented approach.
Responsibilities
The firm is seeking an associate with 3+ years of complex litigation experience to meaningfully contribute to its growing practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and drafting highquality briefs and memoranda
- Leading document review and managing discovery workflows
- Supporting all phases of complex litigation, including strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Participating in client development activities, including contributing to thought leadership, attending speaking engagements, and supporting marketing initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues across offices (approximately 60% inoffice work required per firm guidelines)
Qualifications
- JD or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in California
- 3+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
- Background in consumer class action matters (preferred)
- Judicial clerkship experience (a plus)
