What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize residential homes to the highest standards
• Bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, and detail work
• Follow proven checklists to ensure consistent results
• Safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies
• Communicate with team and leadership to improve workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Detail oriented, reliable, and professional
• Prior residential or janitorial cleaning experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable with physical work (on your feet several hours)
• Growth mindset—ready to learn and improve
