General Statement:
Under the direction of the Computer System Administrator, works as an IT helpdesk support person and responds to all incoming phone, help ticket, and in-person help requests; coordinates with other members of the ITS team to support database and enterprise application software; assists in supporting GHS’s LAN WAN; performs related work as required.

Year(s) of Experience
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Technology, or Cyber Security
One (1) year of experience in helpdesk operations
