Sterling KIA in Lafayette, LA is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to build a challenging and highly rewarding career in automotive sales.

No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide training and support to help the right people succeed.

💰 Earning Potential

  • Commission-based compensation with bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process
  • Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
  • Build relationships that create lifelong customers
  • Develop strong product knowledge to help guide customers in their decisions
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after the sale

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years old or have 3 full years of driving experience for insurance purposes
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
