Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive, patient-focused, and kid-friendly dental practice? We are seeking a dedicated, people-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team in our Bentonville office.

Previous dental experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification (or the ability to obtain it)
- A proactive, patient-first approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Apply pit and fissure sealants
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene
- Ensure efficient patient flow from reception to treatment area.
- Take dental x-rays as needed
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm
- Every other Friday 7am to 12pm
