Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be instrumental in working with a diverse patient population, including those grappling with co-occurring mental and medical health conditions. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  • Possession of a current and valid license in the state of Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Proven experience in integrated care practices, particularly in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
