Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and systems
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Electro Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, including Allen Bradly and Rockwell PLC
- Experience with SLC 500 and VFD systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and overtime as needed
