 This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pool and providing a safe environment to swim, learn, and play! Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Maintain constant watch of the water and pool area</li>
<li>Enforce rules and procedures</li>
<li>Keep pool and pool area clean and safe</li>
<li>Use equipment as assigned</li>
<li>Help record/maintain pool chemical readings</li>
<li>Open and close pool</li>
<li>Quickly perform and demonstrate emergency procedures</li>
<li>Maintain equipment, pool and equipment storage areas</li>
</ul>
 Expectations: 
<ul>
<li>Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health Clubs</li>
<li>Engage in actions that positively impact the member experience</li>
<li>Ability to respond to common inquiries</li>
</ul>
 Job Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Lifeguard Certification</li>
<li>Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays</li>
<li>Must hold current CPR and First Aid certification</li>
<li>Ability to work well with others</li>
<li>Must be at least 16 years of age</li>
