CMMS Integrator - ERP/CMMS, Manufacturing Plant Systems Integration

  • Location: Based in the Warner Robins, GA area (Relocation Assistance is available)

We are seeking an IT/ERP oriented systems specialist for our manufacturing team in the Warner Robins, GA area, for a key CMMS Integrator role that will help setup/monitor and Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System supports safe, compliant, and reliable operations across multiple production facilities.

The Information Systems related role focuses on system accuracy, data governance, food safety alignment, and strong cross functional support for Maintenance, Operations, Sanitation, Quality, and Engineering and will work directly with production teams, equipment, and in an industrial/production environment.

In this role, the ideally qualified senior professional will own and manage the CMMS configuration, data standards, and user access and will perform the following on a daily basis:

  • Maintain asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance programs, and sanitation tasks
  • Support HACCP, USDA, FDA, SQF, and GFSI compliance through accurate workflows
  • Integrate CMMS with ERP, MES, SCADA, and Internet of Things systems
  • Improve preventive maintenance completion, equipment uptime, and sanitation readiness
  • Create training materials and deliver user training across shifts
  • Maintain spare parts data and support inventory accuracy and vendor documentation
  • PLEASE NOTE - This is not a CORNER OFFICE role, and will be subject to Manufacturing/Production floor exposure including cold, hot, humid, or noisy areas, with the ideal candidate being comfortable in this setting and with the ability to access mechanical and sanitation equipment
  • While not ALWAYS needed, there will be/may be Occasional off shift or weekend support during system launches or downtime events


The education, Training, experience profile we are seeking, includes:

  • EDUCATION/TRAINING: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience
  • EXPERIENCE : Three to Five, or more years in maintenance, reliability, or CMMS administration, and ideally with experience with ERP or MES integrations.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms such as Maximo, SAP PM, eMaint, Fiix, Infor EAM, or SOMAX
  • Strong understanding of maintenance workflows and reliability principles
  • Ability to support food safety and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Priority consideration will be given to those with direct food, beverage, meat processing, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing work history, that brings a Familiarity with USDA, FDA, HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in a HIGHLY AUTOMATED environment is DESIRED.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance certifications and experience in an environment committed to Process/Continuous Improvement, is a PLUS!
