The Role
We are looking for a Concierge Agent to join our Miami team. This is a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations. You will act as the voice of Odyssey for our clients, primarily in the US but also supporting requests from our London and Paris markets. You will ensure seamless coordination between our client services team and the kitchen, and handle high-touch concierge requests, from sourcing rare items in-store to managing urgent, last-minute luxury purchases for VIP clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming communications (emails, calls) in English with speed, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, while also supporting English-speaking clients in other markets.
- Prepare quotes, confirm orders, relay briefs to the kitchen, and ensure smooth execution of every request.
- Operate as the operational link between the client and the kitchen, ensuring feasibility, timely delivery, and quality.
- Take ownership of concierge services: pick up special orders, purchase luxury items, and fulfill urgent, time-sensitive requests.
- Be based in our Miami kitchen, with common errands or off-site sourcing when needed.
