The lawyer in this position will be supported by an intake team who will complete all initial data required for the case, medical records clerks who will obtain and organize all medical records related to the client’s file, lien specialists to handle medical providers, Medicare and Medicaid issues, skilled assistants and paralegals who will help lead client communications, prepare documents, and demands related to your cases. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
We're looking for candidates with 1+ years of pre-litigation or litigation experience and a passion for personal injury law. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Experience:
- Personal Injury: 1+ years (Required)
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a case load of 75-100 cases
- Accurately draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions
- Continually communicate with clients, internal and external stake holders
- Accurately maintain case management data in Filevine (case management database)
- Depositions, mediations
- Prepare trial scripts and manage paralegal trial preparation
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents
- Proficient in preparing discovery responses
- Detail oriented with a focus on grammar and language skills
- Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation
- Team player with professional appearance and a can do attitude
- Excellent computer and analytical skills are also essential.
