Requirements
Licensing: Current Minnesota Property & Casualty License is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales or agency leadership.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving sales targets.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to drive growth and innovation.
Client-Focused: Ability to understand and anticipate client needs and exceed expectations.
