TRAINING REQUIREMENT
Please note that although this position is based in Texas, the selected candidate will be required to travel to Arizona for a comprehensive, in-person training program. The training will last approximately one month and is mandatory to ensure proper onboarding and alignment with company standards and processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist ACME engineers with project commissioning. (If project requires this)
- Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers and project teams.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and records in an organized and accessible manner.
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time completion.
- Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project execution.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Help manage budgets, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
- Monitor and update project management tools and databases regularly.
- Support the team with research, data entry, and analysis as assigned.
- Ensure all project-related activities comply with company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or assistant role.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or working in a project-based environment is a plus.
- Prior experience with project management software/tools is advantageous.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
