Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing process development and optimization for new products.
- Collaborate with R&D to provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) feedback.
- Define, procure, and qualify new tooling, fixtures, and equipment for NPI builds.
- Execute pilot production runs, analyze results, and drive manufacturing readiness.
- Develop and validate manufacturing test strategies and procedures for new products.
- Create and maintain essential manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
- Manage Bill of Material (BOM) accuracy and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) during NPI phases.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing engineering within a production environment.
- Proven expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
- Strong experience in developing, optimizing, and validating manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex NPI projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D) and root cause analysis.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with specific PLM/PDM systems (e.g., Windchill, Arena, Teamcenter).
- Knowledge of robotics and automation for manufacturing processes.
