Field Installation Foreman – Low Voltage & Security Systems
Greater Birmingham, AL Area | On-site | Travel up to 60%

Bring your field expertise to high-security installation projects nationwide. We’re seeking a hands-on Foreman who can lead crews, troubleshoot systems, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Lead installation crews working on vehicle barriers, automated gates, access controls, and low-voltage systems.
- Read drawings and schematics, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and ensure quality installations.
- Coordinate with contractors, manage materials and schedules, and keep safety front and center.
What you bring:
- 5+ years in low-voltage electrical systems, industrial controls, or a related trade.
- 2+ years leading crews on construction sites.
- Strong mechanical skills, electrical troubleshooting ability, and confident leadership.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screening.
Stand out with: Access control or gate operator experience, OSHA 30, commercial construction experience, or bilingual English/Spanish skills.
