Position Summary
The Site Supervisor supports the day-to-day logistics of live entertainment productions, with a focus on scheduling support, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Site Supervisor plays a key part in ensuring events run smoothly and clients receive accurate, timely information and billing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling & Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee daily employee timekeeping, ensuring accurate clock-in and clock-out procedures for all on-site personnel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors on site, coordinating their access, activities, and resolving any immediate concerns.
- Manage and enforce all health, safety, and compliance protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing hazards promptly.
- Take full responsibility for all on-site operations and activities, maintaining situational awareness and operational efficiency.
- Authorize and implement any necessary schedule changes, shift adjustments, or operational modifications in response to real-time needs or emergencies.
- This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, production, or administrative role (live events or entertainment preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in scheduling software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
