Job Details
My client, a successful Plaintiffs' Personal Injury law firm in Clifton, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant/Junior Paralegal to become part of their growing team and support their commitment to client excellence.
Key Duties:
- Handle client intake and file setup procedures
- Request medical records and coordinate client appointments
- Prepare insurance demand packages and correspondence
- Maintain case organization and monitor critical deadlines
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in personal injury practice
- Proficiency with legal case management software (PC Law preferred)
- Knowledge of New Jersey court procedures and filing protocols
- Strong organizational abilities and deadline management skills
