We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Office Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our dealership's administrative functions.
Position Overview
The Automotive Office Manager will be responsible for managing the dealership’s administrative team and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all office operations. This includes accounting, payroll, billing, compliance, and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of dealership operations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all office staff including title clerks, accounting clerks, and receptionists

Oversee daily accounting operations: accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting

Process and reconcile daily bank deposits, cash transactions, and vehicle funding

Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with forecasting and budgeting

Maintain compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements

Oversee payroll processing and employee onboarding documentation

Coordinate vehicle titling, DMV documentation, and inventory reconciliation

Serve as the liaison between the office, sales, and service departments

Train and support administrative staff in systems and procedures

Identify process improvements to increase office efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
-
3+ years of automotive office management or dealership accounting experience

Strong knowledge of dealership financial statements (preferably DealerTrack DMS)

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
