We’re looking for a dedicated and dependable Retail Manager to join our organization. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a positive experience for our customers while supporting your colleagues in a cooperative and solution-driven setting. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and value teamwork, we’d love to hear from you. We are currently seeking a Retail Manager for our Braker branch located in Austin, TX. (M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm)


As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional-based sales and superior customer service. You will be expected to actively listen to customers’ needs in order to provide appropriate products and services while ensuring customer service satisfaction and customer retention.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure a high level of customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs in order to provide appropriate products and services.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in retail banking initiatives.
  • Cross-sell financial services to existing and prospective customers of the bank.
  • Promote the Bank's products and services to customers.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and customer retention.

  3. Knowledge of ABC Bank's Products and Services.
  4. Knowledge of ABC Bank's Policies and Procedures.
