American Family Insurance in Little Falls, MN is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to represent our products as an Agent. Are you a proactive problem solver? - The ability to have fun and learn new processes

- Customer service experiences a plus

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- Analytical skills

- Experience with software applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, etc.

- Experience using a wide range of technology devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptop computers

- Successfully obtain and maintain the proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products as required by state statutes

- A valid driver’s license

Demonstrated knowledge of insurance concepts and principles and effective personal lines insurance service experience are preferred but not required. You’ll work as part of a team in an office setting.
