Expert Housekeeping — Gentleman's Valet — Shower Attendant— Part Time $40 to $60 per hour DOE

95 percent of this job is cleaning, laundry, gentleman's valet, and wardrobe maintenence for public performances.

Occasional: dressing, shower attendant for partially disabled man—requires exposure to male nudity (no body care)

3 days per week, 2 hours each day — some flexibility of days and time slot, but schedule must be fixed and regular.

CLEAN and RESTORE ORDER:

Light, Heavy, and Deep cleaning according to house proceedures (windows, ovens, decks included)

skilled laundry including stain removal pretreating, some ironing,

upkeep: fine garments, furnishings, tableware, cookware, and facilities,

keep gentleman's wardrobe organized, clean, and ready to wear.

set out clothing ensemble for the day and special events: formal tuxedo, beach day, video conference.

pack and unpack suitcases for international travel, or, the Grand Canyon.

Occasional: dressing, shower attendant—exposure to male nudity (no body care)

Not a Temporary Job, not "caretaking", intended to be long term.

REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) years experience performing similar *paid* expert cleaning, fine housekeeping, and gentleman's valet service.

Full background checks, and postal addresss for payment by check reported to IRS via W2,

Short Commute to Central Palm Springs, CA — 10 minute quick on-site response for occassional urgent tasks and accident cleanup.

Reach and load 35 pounds onto shelves at 6 feet 6 inches such as overhead bin of airplane.

Lift and load 57 pound wheelchair for transit

Biweekly - Inventory and package daily medication

Rarely:

Lift 170 pound man after a fall.

STATUS: Hourly at-will W2 Employee, Form I-9 required
