Job DescriptionFull-stack Node Developer HYBRID 3 days/wk near Foster City!Job Title: Node Fullstack Engineer (Build 0-1 FinTech Product)
Salary: $160-$180k + Benefits & 401k
Ideal Requirements: Experience buildings 0-1 products in FinTech, lending, etc. We are the leading B2B fintech platform serving the private lending industry. We have been in business for over 30 yrs, have over 1,200 customers and have helped originate and service over $200 billion in loans with speed, compliance and scale. We are hiring for a greenfield initiative. You will help develop our next generation product, working directly with engineering leadership. What You'll be Doing:
- Build reliable, type-safe frontend interfaces with Typescript and React
- Code and maintain backend services/APIs with Typescript and Node to support the frontend functions
- Partner with our backend team to define API contracts and efficient data fetching patterns (REST or GraphQL) for the frontend
- Collaborate cross functionally: Work closely with product, sales and support teams to align technical development with customer needs; communicate technical decisions to non technical stakeholders.
What you need:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a fullstack or frontend engineer - NODE, REACT, TYPESCRIPT
- Proven experience with modern web fundamentals: State Management, Hooks, Asynchronous programming, Component Architecture
- NICE TO HAVE:
- Modern Frontend tooling experience - Webpack, Vite, ESLint, or Prettier
- SQL or NoSQL
- Have integrated Complex APIs or visualizing Data
- Expertise developing SaaS products or MVPs in a startup or high growth environment
- Experience in fintech, lending or enterprise software.
